Web hosting with a difference... Many of our customers found that the service from the big web hosting companies was less than ideal. Sadly, some spent a great deal of time, energy, and money on services that failed to meet their needs.

Obscura is a small company and we pride ourselves on personalized service. When you need support, you're dealing directly with the owners on a first name basis.

Some of our best customers were referrals from other happy customers. Word of mouth, and a testimonial from a happy customer has always been our best source of new customers.

Basic web hosting starts at $15 a month sold in 12 month blocks plus a one time $20 set-up fee. Domain registration is $15 per year addidional via DDR.

We never have placed limits on drive space, etc. We only ask that each customer respects everyone else and refrains from using an unfair amount of resources. This cooperative model has worked well for us over the years.

Our servers run Linux and we support and use free software. They are maintained in a secure datacenter environment with redundant Internet connectivity and electrical power.

In additon to Hosting, the agents of obscura can provide services ranging from web simple design all the way to complex web application development. We can provide everything from simple web storage for a site you design or a complete turn key online presence for your business.
